We’re Jess and Fiona, a mother-daughter team who share a love of agriculture, a strong worth ethic and, thankfully, the ability to spend most days working together!

We both come from agricultural backgrounds, and The AgWay Recruitment grew from countless conversations and a shared belief that recruitment could be more personal.

Safe to say, it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

We bring a professional, considered approach to recruitment while remaining true to who we are: genuine, approachable and grounded in agriculture. We have honest conversations, strong relationships and a little humour along the way, but when it comes to looking after our clients and candidates, we take our responsibility seriously.

We believe good recruitment starts with good people.

That’s why we take the time to understand every business we worth with, what makes it different and the people behind it. Whether we’re recruiting for an on-farm position, an agribusiness, an office-based role or a corporate team, we want to understand the workplace properly and find someone who will genuinely fit.

We take the same approach with our candidates. A resume tells us where someone has worked, but a conversation tells us who they are, what they’re looking for and where they’re likely to thrive.
