We are currently looking for an Experienced Farm Hand to join a well-run dryland farming operation in the Goondiwindi region. This is a full-time position working across a modern, well-maintained fleet.
You’ll be involved in all aspects of the farming cycle, from ground preparation right through to harvest, with contractors brought in during peak periods when required. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a productive operation.
The Role
- Operating modern machinery across all stages of the cropping program
- Ground preparation, planting, spraying and harvesting
- Assisting with general farm duties and upkeep
- Carrying out basic maintenance and preventative care on machinery
- Working safely and efficiently within a team environment
About You
- Previous farming experience is essential
- Competent operating machinery across a cropping program
- Mechanically minded with the ability to handle basic maintenance
- Fit, reliable and safety-focused
- Flexible and willing to work longer hours during busy periods
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
