A local business based in Cambooya is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join the team.

This is a full-time position and would suit someone living in Cambooya, Toowoomba or the surrounding areas who is looking for a long-term role within a friendly and supportive workplace.

About the Role

You will be responsible for a variety of administration, accounts support, customer service and freight coordination duties, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business.

Duties Include:

* Processing invoices and entering data
* Bank reconciliations
* Sending statements and following up outstanding accounts
* Managing incoming phone calls and emails
* General office administration duties
* Assisting with customer enquiries and sales orders
* Coordinating freight and transport paperwork
* Assisting with monthly marketing and promotional material
* Occasional local pickups or deliveries using the company vehicle

To Be Successful You Will Have:

* Previous office administration experience
* Experience with invoicing and reconciliations
* Strong computer skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* A trustworthy and reliable work ethic
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
* A manual driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Desirable:

* Experience with QuickBooks, Reckon or similar accounting software
