Based in the Dalby office, you’ll become part of a supportive team where your contribution is valued, and your skills can continue to grow.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Your duties will include:
- Livestock data entry, including inductions and performance records
- Invoicing and sales processing
- Accounts receivable and payable administration
- End of month reporting
- Reception and front office duties
- General office administration and team support
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is confident using Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Has strong computer and data entry skills
- Possesses good numeracy skills
- Can prioritise workloads and work efficiently
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Presents professionally and enjoys working with people
- Is eager to learn and develop new skills
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in livestock administration or the feedlot industry
- Bookkeeping or accounts experience
- Experience using MYOB, StockAID or FY3000
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification
Training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
