We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Dairy Farm Manager (2IC) to support the leadership and operations at one of our expansive dairies, covering over 1000+ hectares. This role assists in overseeing a facility milking 700 cross-bred cows in a 50-stand rotary shed, equipped with an advanced easy dairy system. The operation is primarily pasture-based, with supplement grain feeding.

Role Responsibilities:
- Assist the Farm Manager in leading and managing the dairy operations team.
- Support efforts to improve operational efficiency and time management.
- Help monitor and manage pasture and feed for optimal herd health.
- Assist in operating and maintaining farm machinery and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols under the guidance of the Farm Manager.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior dairy experience, ideally in a similar role.
- Agricultural or related tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- A commitment to creating and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Dependability, punctuality, and strong leadership qualities.
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
