We are a family-owned operation specialising in broadacre/dryland cropping, based near Rowena, New South Wales. Our primary crops include wheat, chickpeas, barley, sorghum, canola, and oats. Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a range of modern machinery, including a Hayes 48m Weed-It, John Deere tractors, Caterpillar track tractors, Kenworth trucks, and headers for various farming tasks such as ploughing, planting, spraying, and harvesting.
- Managing grain storage, including putting up bunkers, weighing and fumigating grain.
- Performing maintenance and repair work on machinery, including welding and fabrication tasks.
- Assisting with general farm duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A current driver’s licence is essential, and a truck licence would be an advantage.
