We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Farm Hands to join our team on a full-time basis, starting with an initial casual probationary period. These positions are centered around the comprehensive tasks involved in broadacre farming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machinery Operation: Demonstrate expertise in operating a diverse range of farm machinery, including tractors, planters, sprayers and harvesters, from ground preparation through to harvesting.
  • Versatility: Engage in general property maintenance alongside regular farming duties, ensuring the upkeep of both machinery and property infrastructure.
  • Experience: Bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in broadacre farming, showcasing a deep understanding of agricultural best practices and efficient farming techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in broadacre farming.
  • Strong skills in operating various types of farm machinery.
  • Ability to perform general property maintenance tasks.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the agricultural sector.
  • Driver’s license required; truck licence highly beneficial but not essential.

Other Requirements:

  • Not suitable for candidates on Working Holiday Visas.
