We are seeking a capable All-Rounder to join a family-run grazing enterprise near Glenmorgan, Queensland.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and can confidently manage jobs day to day with minimal supervision.
About the Role
This position offers a great mix of property maintenance and machinery work, with duties including:
- Operating a range of machinery including bikes, buggies, tractors, dozers and a grader
- Fencing, spot spraying, and general repairs
- Water infrastructure and water runs
- Cattle work as required
- General day-to-day upkeep that comes with a working cattle property
If you have experience with property development work such as blade ploughing, stick raking, clearing, or ground preparation, you’re strongly encouraged to apply.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience operating dozers and tractors
- Good mechanical aptitude and ability to carry out basic servicing, maintenance and repairs
- A safe, sensible approach to machinery and property work
- A strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously
- Physically fit and happy working outdoors
- Driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and work-related references
