We are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join an agricultural development operation working with D9 Next Gen machines. This is a full-time role for someone who is confident operating machinery, works well with others and brings a practical, down to earth attitude to the job.
The work is all agricultural development, with no mine work, and will involve stick raking and cutter barring across varying locations depending on where the work is.
The Role
- Operating D9 Next Gen dozers
- Stick raking and cutter barring
- Agricultural development work only, no mine work
- Working across different locations depending on the season and workload
Work Locations
- Primarily Northern Territory during the dry season
- Queensland during the summer months
The Position
- Full-time work
- No set roster, work is generally weather dependent
- Approximately 6 days per week when conditions allow
- Accommodation always provided
- Pay depending on experience
- Start late July / August
To Be Considered, You Must Have:
- Previous dozer operating experience
- Experience with stick raking and cutter barring
- A current driver’s licence
- A reliable vehicle
- The ability to work well with others
- A down to earth nature and strong work ethic
- GPS experience is an advantage
