Join a family-owned, progressive farm looking for a motivated Farm Hand to join our team. You’ll play a key role in our irrigated cotton operation, using top-tier machinery and gaining real, hands-on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating and maintaining a range of farm machinery
- Supporting all areas of irrigation and fieldwork
- Troubleshooting and handling basic mechanical tasks
- Taking ownership of your work and working independently
What We’re Looking For:
- A current driver’s licence
- Mechanical skills or a strong willingness to learn them
- A reliable, flexible attitude and solid work ethic
- Common sense and a genuine passion for farming
- Neat appearance and good communication skills
- Willingness to follow safety protocols
