We are looking for a skilled Farm Hand to join our team on a large-scale operation that spans 10,000 hectares. This role requires a good understanding and experience in operating and maintaining various John Deere machinery, within a farming environment focused on cotton, wheat, sorghum, and chickpeas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a broad range of John Deere machinery, ensuring efficient and effective use during farming operations.
  • Perform mechanical services and repairs on farm equipment to maintain optimal operational standards and minimise downtime.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to operate agricultural machinery, specifically John Deere models.
  • Strong mechanical skills desirable.
  • Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
