What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and training a great team – safety and well-being of your crew is the top priority
- Working with cattle – drafting to market specs, handling, and ensuring top-notch welfare
- Riding horses & motorbikes – strong skills in both are essential
- Keeping things running – fencing, machinery, bores, and general station upkeep
- Using livestock software – good computer skills are a must
- Taking initiative – we need someone who can step up, take charge, and make things happen
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid cattle experience (with references to prove it)
- Proven leadership skills – the ability to train and motivate your crew
- Current driver’s licence (MR licence required)
- Gun licence
- Self-starter who thrives on station life
