As a Manager, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including ground preparation, planting, irrigation, harvesting, machinery maintenance, pre-start checks, liaising with consultants and contractors and fostering a strong culture of workplace health and safety (WHS) at all times.
To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of five years of experience in row cropping and irrigation. You must also be able to mentor and guide your team. The ideal applicant for this role will have excellent communication skills, a passion for agriculture, and a proven track record of success in managing row cropping and irrigation operations.
