A well-established, family-owned farming, backgrounding and feedlot enterprise in the Roma district is seeking an experienced MC Truck Driver to join their team.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering consistent work across livestock and grain operations, a reliable truck, and the opportunity to be part of a business that genuinely values its people. The role includes a mix of local work and Brisbane runs, with drivers home most nights.
The Role
You will be operating a Mack Superliner 685 and completing a range of work, including:
- B-Double carting into Brisbane
- Carting between properties
- Picking up cattle from the saleyards
- Livestock transport with animal welfare as a priority
- Carting cottonseed and grain
What We’re Looking For
- Current MC licence
- Traffic history available or willing to obtain one
- Minimum 1 year of experience in livestock transport
- Livestock experience with low-stress handling skills
- Fit and healthy
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Team player who takes pride in their work
