We have a full time position available for a motivated Spare Parts Interpreter to join our client’s team based in Warwick, Queensland.
The role involves identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts for both customers and internal departments. You’ll be the go-to person who ensures parts are correct, on time, and documented properly.
What you’ll do
- Interpret customer and workshop needs to match the right parts
- Prepare accurate quotes and process orders
- Keep stock levels in check and support inventory control
- Work with suppliers and follow up on backorders
- Provide friendly customer service and technical support
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter in automotive, machinery or related industries
- Good understanding of parts catalogues and inventory systems
- Strong communication skills and a practical approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Confident with computers and attention to detail
