About the Role:

We’re looking for an Operations Manager with 4-5 years of experience in dryland farming of wheat, chickpeas, and cotton. You will work with our modern fleet of Case Machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, mechanical and welding knowledge, and a hands-on approach. You will collaborate closely with the manager, staff, and contractors, taking ownership of day-to-day operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain dryland cropping operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the manager, staff, and contractors.
  • Perform mechanical and welding tasks as needed.
  • Lead and teach staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure smooth operation during planting and harvest seasons.
